Fernley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in western Nevada, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, and related work. The specific scope of work for any given project is defined in the written estimate provided to the customer before work begins. Services are subject to availability and geographic service area.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. Final pricing may change if:
Any price changes will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Jobs cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover crew mobilization costs. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you as early as possible when this occurs.
Payment terms are stated in the written estimate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before materials are ordered or work begins - this will be stated clearly in the estimate. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee. Customers with outstanding balances may not be eligible for future scheduling until the balance is resolved.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellation of scheduled work.
Fernley Insulation stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any workmanship warranty specific to your project will be stated in writing in your estimate or completion documentation. We do not warrant the products and materials we install beyond the warranties provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in the home that were not disclosed prior to the start of work, or for damage caused by events beyond our control after work is completed. This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fernley Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from the performance of services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
If a dispute arises between you and Fernley Insulation related to our services or these terms, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly when both parties communicate openly. If we cannot reach a resolution informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in NV, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, unless prohibited by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Nevada.
